Although we place orders well in advance, quantities received are not guaranteed and may be reduced. If the quantities delivered are insufficient, we may need to limit quantities per customer, partially fulfil orders, or cancel certain preorders. Preorders with priority shipping are generally prepared to arrive on the official release date, subject to receipt of the products from our suppliers. However, if deliveries from our suppliers arrive late, delays may occur and arrival on the release date cannot be guaranteed.
