Shipping and Returns


Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipments are handled by Swiss Post, with tracking number and delivery without signature. Shipments weighing less than 500 grams may be sent in padded envelopes without tracking. For additional security and personal delivery, a delivery with signature can be selected during checkout.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend grouping all items into a single order to reduce shipping costs. If you wish to add a product to an order already placed, please contact us and we will do our best to add it before shipment.

Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 16:00 with priority shipping. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Friday with priority shipping will therefore be delivered the following Monday. Letter mail is also delivered on Saturdays. Priority shipping is free in Switzerland for orders over CHF 200.

Please note that orders containing single cards may require a longer processing time than orders for sealed products or accessories. In some cases, shipping may take an additional working day.

Currently, we deliver only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned intact, complete and in their original packaging, together with the delivery note. Please contact us before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return or cancellation is accepted, the refund is issued exclusively as a store credit voucher valid for one year, regardless of the payment method used.

Return and cancellation rules do not apply to preorders, items specifically ordered on request, or single cards.
