Although we place orders well in advance, quantities received are not guaranteed and may be reduced. Orders containing preorder items are shipped only once all items are available. If you wish to receive other items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Preorders are binding and cannot be cancelled by the customer, including in the event of delivery delays. Delivery remains subject to supplier allocations and product availability.
