Although we place orders well in advance, quantities received are not guaranteed and may be reduced. If the quantities delivered are insufficient, we may need to limit quantities per customer, partially fulfil orders, or cancel certain preorders. For very high-demand releases, allocations may be significantly lower than the quantities ordered or cancelled entirely.

Preorders with priority shipping are generally prepared to arrive on the official release date, subject to receipt of the products from our suppliers. However, if deliveries from our suppliers arrive late, delays may occur and arrival on the release date cannot be guaranteed.

Orders containing preorder items are shipped only once all items are available. If you wish to receive other items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Preorders are binding and cannot be cancelled by the customer, including in the event of delivery delays. Delivery remains subject to supplier allocations and product availability.
